Where are my records stored?

Moments, activities, and voice notes are stored on your device. TapSpan does not currently sync them to a cloud account or offer an export feature.

How do I restore something I deleted?

Open Timeline → Recently Deleted to restore a moment or activity. Deleted voice notes cannot be restored in the app.

Why did a countdown alert not sound?

Check that notifications are allowed for TapSpan in iOS Settings. Silent Mode, Focus, and your saved bell preference can affect whether you hear a sound.

How do I record a voice note?

Use the Voice button when capturing a moment, or add a voice note to an existing moment. Allow microphone access when iOS asks. You can change the permission later in iOS Settings.
